Morgan Fairchild is an American actor from the United States. The actress was born Patsy McClenny on February 3 50, 1950. Her fame grew in the late 70s and the early 80s due to the roles she played in numerous programs on television, in which she was seen as a glamourous actress. Fairchild began her acting career from 1973-1977 during the run of CBS' Search for Tomorrow the daytime soap, playing Jennifer Pace. The first actress to portray Jenna Wade, she made her debut in the CBS daytime soap opera Dallas in 1978. In the following year, she landed an important role for her role in the NBC series Flamingo Road (1980), which won her an Golden Globe Award as Best Actress for a Television Series - for that show. The following year, she starred on ABC's short-lived, primetime soap Paper Dolls as well as a role as a character in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts between 1985 and the year 1986. Fairchild is also an actor in theater and played guest roles in television comedies including Murphy Brown (for which she received a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in the field of Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends.
