Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish, half-English woman was born April 16, 1996, in Miami Florida. Her mother is English, the other half Spanish. The parents of her are Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. Her father, an Argentinan of Scottish as well as English heritage is also her mother. Her mother is of Spanish as well as English origin. Taylor-Joy has four siblings from her father's previous marriage. The family lived at Buenos Aires until she was six years old, and then moved to the Victoria area of London. Taylor Joy said the move from Buenos aires to Victoria was difficult and she was not able to learn English, hoping to go home to Argentina. Her school had to change between Northlands to Hill House. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in shows. At 16, she left school in order to pursue acting as a career. Taylor-Joy always wished to work as an actor. When she was 16, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the opportunity to become a model.
