Fawn Mckay
Fawn McKay Brodie was born in Ogden Utah on September 15 1915. Fawn MacKay, who was a member of the Mormon Church's original family, applied her brilliant writing skills as well as her impressive abilities to research in order to produce the psycho-historical biographies about Joseph Smith. The book called"No Man is a Master of My History was published in 1945. The title is derived from an funeral sermon delivered by The Church of Latter-Day Saints' founder. My story is not known to anyone. I don't know. Fawn aged 29 was a writer. Fawn is taking over the role of writer since that day. Some have rebuked him, while others have glorified. A few have even made a diagnosis. It's not that documents aren't there, it's the fact that they're contradictory. Compiling these documents - - sifting through first-hand and third-hand sources and fitting the Mormons' stories to those of non-Mormons' into an authentic history - is challenging. This is exciting as well as educational. FawnBrodie was a dedicated devotee to her profession. The fruits of her research as well as her writing earned her the world's attention: Thaddeus Stevens. The Devil Drives (1959) Scourge Of The South Thomas Jefferson. Richard Nixon and An Intimate historical history (1974).
